If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

Bee Active India provides:

  • Educational & STEM Services: School workshops, college vocational courses (aligned with NEP 2020 / NSQF), and managed campus apiary programs.
  • Apiary Products & Biology: Supply of Apis cerana indica colonies, wooden hives, honey extractors, protective gear, and traceable hive harvests.
  • Digital Software & Advisory: The Bee AI mobile application, providing digital hive inspection forms, regional bloom calendars, and AI-assisted diagnostic guidance.
  • Automated Support: Real-time conversational guidance and customer service via web portals and the WhatsApp Cloud API.

3. Acceptable Use of Digital & Messaging Channels

When using our web platforms, mobile apps, or WhatsApp communication lines, you agree not to:

  • Submit abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing messages.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to our APIs, diagnostic models, or proprietary software.
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited commercial advertisements, or malicious code through our conversational endpoints.
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide fraudulent business credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to any user or telephone number that violates these acceptable use terms.

4. Advisory Disclaimer (Apiculture Guidance)

  • Informational Purpose Only: AI-generated diagnostic recommendations, pest treatments, and hive feeding advisories provided via our app or automated chat are intended as supportive educational guidelines.
  • Field Verification: Beekeeping outcomes depend heavily on local climate, flora conditions, and environmental variables. Bee Active is not liable for colony absconding, queen loss, or pest damage resulting from independent application of suggested treatments. Users are encouraged to follow official National Bee Board (NBB) and state agricultural protocols.

5. Orders, Quotations & Deliveries

  • Quotations & Invoicing: Formal quotations (e.g., equipment setups, colony supply) are valid for the period specified on the estimate. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit or full payment through our designated banking channels.
  • Live Colony Transit: Live bee colonies (Apis cerana indica) require specialized transport. Delivery timelines and handling instructions must be strictly observed by the client upon arrival to ensure colony health.

6. Intellectual Property

All website copy, curriculum frameworks (e.g., “Bloom & Buzz”, “Apiary Pro”), digital ledgers, brand logos, and software code are the intellectual property of Bee Active India. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our educational or digital assets without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Bee Active India, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms, educational programs, or apicultural equipment.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
